Winter FAQ | Ski and Snowboard Services
Do I need an appointment for ski or snowboard tuning?
No appointment is needed. Drop off your skis or snowboard and our technicians will tune them. Our average turn around time is 3 business days for a ski or snowboard tune up.
Do I need an appointment for boot fittings?
Yes. Our ski and snowboard boot fittings require an appointment to ensure the best fit. Properly fitted equipment improves comfort, control, and performance on the hill. Book an appointment here.
What should I bring to a boot fitting?
- Ski or snowboard socks
- Loose-fitting pants
- Current equipment if applicable
- Height and weight information
Do you offer custom boot work?
Yes. We can adjust or repair ski and snowboard boots using industry best practices to improve fit and comfort.
Do you adjust ski bindings?
Yes. We inspect and adjust bindings to match your boots, skier ability, and safety standards.

Do I need an appointment for bike service?
No. Appointments are not required for our bike services.
What is included in a basic tune-up or major tune?

Do you service all types of bikes?
Yes - road, mountain, hybrid, commuter, electric, and BMX.
Can you build bikes from the box or custom build?
Yes. We offer both standard and custom bike builds. Some conditions apply for custom bike builds. Please contact us for more information.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Shipping may take up to 14 business days depending on your location.
Do shipments require a signature?
Yes, most shipments require a signature upon delivery. We do not offer safe drop.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for regular-priced items within 14 days online. Items on sale 30% off or more are final.
What condition must returned items be in?
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with proof of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit, in-store payments, and Affirm financing, which is available at checkout for flexible payment options.
All prices on our website and in-store are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

What is your boot fit guarantee?
Our boot fit guarantee ensures your ski or snowboard boots are adjusted for maximum comfort and performance. This is only applicable for boots fitted in-store.
What if my boots don’t fit properly?
If boots purchased from us in-store do not fit, we will adjust or resolve the issue using expert boot fitting techniques.
