Most shipments are sent via Canada Post Regular Parcel. **During the current COVID-19 situation we cannot guarantee any shipping arrival dates** Station Ski & Ride reserves the right to decide whether to ship via Canada Post or Purolator.
We do not "safe drop" packages. All shipments will be sent requiring a signature upon delivery.

Station Ski & Ride offers a 14-day return policy, from date of purchase, on all regular priced items purchased on line.
Items 30% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a return of any kind.

All returns MUST be pre-authorized by Station Ski & Ride. Please call or E-mail us with the details of your return. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please write that Return Authorization number on the outside of the package so it is clear and legible.
Any item to be returned MUST be shipped back to Station Ski & Ride prepaid, within 14 days of the original purchase with a copy of your original receipt. All products MUST be in original condition, unworn/un-used and unwashed with tags attached. If applicable, Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment AFTER the item has been received and inspected.
Regular priced items purchased in store can be returned for a full refund within 7 days and for credit or exchange within 14 days from the original purchase date.
All items must be returned in new condition, with the original tags attached and a proof of purchase. Any items that are discounted 30%off or more are FINAL SALE (no refunds or exchanges.) No refunds or exchanges on items without a receipt, tags or worn product. Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment originally used.
